At Exeter Sport, we pride ourseles in being able to offer a variety of services from consultants that each have somthing different to offer. You can see all our services as well as what our Health & Wellness consultants have to say about their qualificatoins and what they can help you with...

Consultation 

A consultation booking at Exeter Sport includes 2 separate one-hour bookings with either one of our fitness advisors. The first hour will include advice, guidance, health check and discussions on a programme design. The second hour is at a later date and is for a programme induction. This service is free of charge and only available to members.

Personal Training

You can book any of our Personal Trainers to receive an Exeter Sport PT session at either our Russel Seal or St Luke's gym.

You can book a health check with Holly or Tracey which includes:

  • BMI
  • Bodi Trax
  • Blood Pressure
  • Weight
  • Waist circumference
  • Blood Sugars
